I have been requested to cart the king and queen of the Piru Little League in the parade (in a couple of weeks) and am looking for information on how I should seat these two 12 year olds so as to not damage my decklid or anything else. Has anyone done this before? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks ------------------ |

Have them run along side. There is no good way to carry two kids in the Kat. I tried one parade, that was it for me. ------------------ |

My last one was two high school juniors for the Prom Queen Parade. She sat on a blanket on the deck lid and he sat on a bunch of pillows on the seat. She insisted they both sit on the deck lid and I told her, "One or None, sorry". It worked out okay but I don't know about two smaller kids. ------------------ |

Cliff, The decklid will be fine, just MAKE sure they understand to ALWAYS be hanging on with one hand or have their feet braced. One slight pop of the gas and they will roll off the back. Don't want you to be paranoid, just prepared. Also, yes, some type of blanket would be a good idea to protect the paint. ------------------ |

Cliff. I've carried Grand Marshalls & Queens on the decklid... Only one... The other can ride in the passenger seat... Two kids could fit find with both their feet in between the seats... I use a blanket or large towels for them to sit on... ------------------ |

I took the local Hooters Bikini Queen for a ride but she wasn't sitting on the decklid. I wanted people to look at the car! ------------------ Driving my Dream |

I know this hard to believe but I remember what she looks like but don't remember her name. This was last year in May (just a week after I got my car)and she went on to Las Vegas for Hooter Girls International Bikini Contest and placed second. She was really upset about being so close to winning because I promised her if she won she could drive the Prowler. ------------------ Driving my Dream |

I used a case of beer and put it on the seat with a blanket, they sit up high enough and can hold on the the windshield. |
