I just checked my mail and it showed I had virus and it must be sending it to people on the site. I didn't open the attachment to it only text. I opened one that I didn't know who sent it but because of the calender thing I have opened some from people I didn't know. The postmaster said it was deleted from my file. Sorry now what to do? ------------------

I've received a bunch today and yesterday. The name of the virus is W32.Klez.gen@mm and Norton worked for me too. If you suspect you have it, Norton has a removal tool that can be downloaded here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.removal.tool.html |

I got messages from Musher, Sambrose, GeoMilkie, Mopar Dave and Only One CJ, that all looked too suspicious. I deleted without opening any of them. i just got another one from CJ. I got one too, but did not open the attachment, and deleted it. I went to Symantec's site and ran the tool. thanks Mike. ------------------

CJ has been in California since Thursday or Friday with Bob at the Long Beach Auto Show. They're at the Pomona Swap Meet right now and we'll be getting together for lunch later today. Same here - I got email from Pete (whoever that is saying I Emailed him a virus) Ed musher is my sign on name on office computer so I guess I will have to check there Monday. Of course any email I send you would have to be suspicious!! ------------------  Driving my Dream |

I just got some emails today from c27note@aol.com, mail_guy@msn.com, and 2prowler@comcast.net, which had suspect executable attachments. I just deleted the emails. ------------------ |

I got Norton anti virus installed this afternoon and now I'm CLEAN and Happy  The link Mike K. put up didn't work for me. It left one file that was unsuccessful to remove and I tried it 2 X I also had Black ICE installed, I was told it is a fire wall that will show who is trying to HACK into my computer. With weekly updates I hope I do not have to worry anymore ------------------

My computer cable got dislodged or the storm caused a loss of internet for awhile and when I logged back on, I had a bunch more of the emails containing the virus. I even got one from robertlongstreth, another from CJ and martyu, Viperprowler one and burns. I am a popular guy. I hope whoever is doing this, has his house catch on fire in the middle of the night. I am not talking about the innocent victims resending it out, I mean the original dipsh__. ------------------ |
