As many of you know from the CAAP Tribute day, I had just taken delivery of a new Candy Cat. I was also to pick up my new hardtop - the first in Candy Red along with some other painted parts. When I went to pick them up, the color was not an exact match. Norb at TGF was given the wrong paint code info (remember the confusion at CAAP even with the engineers). Norb shipped the parts back and repainted to match and shipped them back to me and now the match is great. Norb also painted some other parts for me that I purchased from a competitor. This was obviously not a profitable experience for Norb. As many of you know, running a business especially a specialty business like Norb's can be difficult and trying (it doesn't help that all your clients are like kids on Christmas and can't wait for delivery).

The excellent service must be commended as it is rare in the general marketplace. We are lucky as it seems most Prowler vendors are great to deal with. Thank you Norb.

Also, the quality of the hardtop is exceptional. Even the headliner looks factory. Great job.

I would like to get a hard top for my Candyred too, the problem is I'm out of $$$...

I live near TGF!!! Lately, I have at least talked or visited Norb in person about my cat once a week. Only if we all see his activities at Metalcrafters, he is a "TRUE PROWLER JUNKIE" That’s what he always talked about, PROWLER. He used to own one of the bests.

I got great service from Norb when I order my spoiler and a week later when I was in Cali Norb gave me tour of TGF. Norb's Great service is really appreciated!!!
