I was wondering has anyone else had a stranger taking pictures of your car just because they like it .maybe its just in las vegas where people do that. |

people do it all the time, mostly want their son, daughter or girlfriend to stand beside the cat, at times I will let them sit in it for the shot, I also give away a lot of 1/43 scale cars not just black but all colors Happy Prowlin ------------------ |

my car is a 2000 silver and i just got a hard top i love it i guess i need to hurry up and get the trailer before its to late |

A guy in a pick-up hung out the window and took a picture of my new Kat at the Mall of Georgia last Saturday afternoon. That was pretty kooool. My son was in the car with me and had a smile from ear to ear the entire ride. My wife and a freind were in front of us in her PT. I love both cars! |

Last July 01 my wife and three of our four daughters took a road trip to Montana, cant fit 5 in a cat even with the trailer so the other three drove the PT. what a blast we had but the best was in Yellowstone a whole bus load of folks from Japan with their Nikons went nuts on both cars. Im sorry Ron yer right silver is very very nice but you have to remember that Black is Beautiful hehehe I gotta go to work so I will have all day to think of how you going to get out of that. Living in the tourist capital of the world, it seems almost every time I drive mine, someone takes a picture. The tourists probably end up going back with pictures of Mickey Mouse, alligators and a red Prowler. On a similar note, a couple months ago, I started carrying a Polaroid camera with me in the car, for the times when little kids come up to the car. Their parents will ask if their kids can look at the car and, if I am not in a hurry, I go a step further and over to take their picture with them seated in the car. cmblockhus.you got me that time i think you have been waiting to use that one ,made me laugh .Great stories i was driving down the strip last night and the flashes where going off again its funny because some people race up next to you to see whos inside the car maybe a star...... |

Pictures of the car...ALL THE TIME...even cruising down the interstate at 70MPH both camera & video taken....People ask if it is OK, before taking pictures alot of the time At the Louisville car show in 2000 Sue counted the # of people taking pictures of our car....if i remember correctly 70 35mm, 12 camcorders, 10 digital and a few polaroids, in one hour...we tease everyone about it getting FLASH BURNS ------------------

People are taking pictures of the cat all the time. The best one was the Texas Bikini Team was at the World Of Wheels where we had our car and they wanted to get thier pictures taken for a calender SITTING ON MY CAR! You guessed it...Its not going to be in the calender. NOBODYS sitting on my car I don't care what you're wearing or not wearing!  ------------------ |

Hey Ron I really like your post, just shows me how rare my car really is seems that I have the only black cat with pictures being taken of it, I carry my digi with me at all times, have hundreds of my cat if I see a nice spot Ill pull off and capture a few sometimes dont even turn off the key, got a couple of a viper at about 85 last week on the freeway and could see my car in the reflection was cool, but you cant look just point and click and hope for the best some are real junk Happy Prowlin ------------------ |

Last summer we went to the James Dean event in Indiana. Just as we arrived, so did a torrential downpour. I pulled over and watched as some of the cars started leaving. The first vehicle that came out pulled over and took a picture of us. I cracked up. ------------------ |
