I hope this doesn't turn into a thread like Hollywood's from last week. So keeping my answer on subject and away from comments from Alley Cat & Todd Cameron - the Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise was an absolute blast last year. Meeting so many POA people and cruising with 58 KATs among 35,000 other cars in front of 1,000,000 plus spectators on the curbs was awesome. Happy Prowling Marty ------------------ Driving my Dream |

That is a tough question, as every time I am in the cats is the best time! However, if I had to pick THE best time, there would actually be two... 1. The day I drove home my Black Cat from DC headquarters where Bob presented it to me as a surprise in front of a whole lot of people, including photographers! 2. The day I picked up my Candy Red Cat at the plant and drove it home for the first time! After that, I would have to say (not in any particular order): Colorado 2002 ('Cause I know it's going to be the best - I'll be home again!) Grand Canyon 2000 (I drove the Paxton car) Can't wait to add to the list of "best times in the cat"! |

Running with other Kats, 5 wide and eight plus deep down Woodward avenue. Prowler $45,000, Trailer $4,500. Getting to cruise with fellow POA friends, pricless ------------------ |

Tough call but I would say the first national POA event, Route 66/Grand Canyon Tour 2000, would rank #1. My first opportunity to meet the great Prowler owners who promote and enjoy our website.

AlleyCat, I was just there a month ago and I gotta tell you. Seriously though, it had to be the trips to and from the Crazy Horse 2001 event and the time we spent there. This message has been edited by Larry Lord on 04-08-2002 at 01:06 AM |

Well, since I went on the M/C to both Grand Canyon and Deadwood, I would have to say Woodward 2001, Skyline Drive (and the trip TO Skyline via US 50 and the trip home from Skyline on another twisting mountain road in W. Va.) were the best so far but we will be adding two great trips in the next couple of months, Louisville and Colo. Looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some new friends. ------------------ |

Driving home from Louisiana to Orlando after picking it up. We stopped at Mardi Gras on the way back and turned it into a road trip. One of the most fun times in my life. ------------------ MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 |
