The weather is finally warming up! Yesterday was 90.1 degrees and today was 90.5 degrees! I hope this trend keeps on going! I've been waiting a long time for warmer weather and I am ready for it to happen. Shoot, this is good enough for top down driving!! ------------------ |

I have to agree with you Sunbird. Although, here in SoCal not that warm yet I have removed my hard top for the first time since I bought the car about six weeks ago. WoW, that was awesome. I've just got back from cruisin' and can't wait till tomorrow to come... ------------------ This message has been edited by Howler Cat on 04-01-2002 at 11:15 PM |

92.9 today - it is definately ratcheting up! Fixumm - don't worry - you can rub it in when I have to put the top up because it is too hot - need to run the AC! Gets to 120 degrees here. ------------------ |

It is not summer yet... only 88 Easter Sunday, but it is getting there. Next week starts Daylight Savings Time and there will still be time from some Prowlin' after work. We are really looking forward to the time change and the warmer weather!!! Jay ------------------ |

Still ratcheting - 93.2 today - whoopee!!!
quote: CJ - I rarely use air conditioning! My old Toyota truck didn't even have it and I drove it for 20 years (It is still kicking strong! I pass it on the streets every once in a while.) I know what the 80s and (heaven forbid) the 90s are like back there with 90%+ humidity! At 120, we only have 3 to 6% RH. It really makes the difference. It really isn't bad at 120. Just don't put your hand on any dark metal!! Believe it or not, at 120 you don't sweat! (you do but it evaporates before you can experience it and it helps cool you. OBTW, I don't have air conditioning on my house! ------------------ |

Sunbird......90% humidity in Michigan? We generally don't have that kind of humidity......you must be thinking of Cincinnati!! I lived in Colorado for almost 14 years, so I know what low to non-existent humidity is like. You do get used to the low humidity, but now when I go back every year to visit family, I am quickly reminded on how dried out you get, too! I guess I would prefer a happy medium!! |

94.3 today!
quote: I know what you mean! I just settle for it not getting so cold in the winter. It can get in the 20's. I know that is warm to those of you who even get in the negative numbers, but to us it still feels very cold. ------------------ |

Must be my luck then, most of the time I've been to Mich and Ohio, it was either below zero or had a 90 plus percent humidity and over 90. ------------------ |

Hang in there guys. Next month will be warm everywhere and the thought of winter will soon be forgotten. (except today - only 82.2 - I didn't take a jacket to work and whenever I stepped outside I flt a little chilled). Soon all the complaints will turn to bugs on the front of the car and things like that! ------------------ |
