I had been wanting one for years, who was the designer of the car??? The prices here in So. California have always been 5K-10K over sticker. The Candyred that was in the LA auto show, the dealer that has it wants 10K over MSRP. The last I heard there was 3 people bidding on it. YES!!!!! But knowing what the market is like now, I would pay absolutely ZERO over sticker. There are way too many below sticker deals out there. Marty ------------------ Driving my Dream |

I wanted one from the first time I saw a picture of the concept. I bought it the first chance I had. I'll never regret buying it, but with 20-20 hindsight if I could do it over I'd wait to avoid the incredible mark-up. However at the time I had no idea production would run this long and I wasn't about to take a chance and miss getting one. |

If you want to have the most fun you have ever had driving a car, GET A PROWLER...yes, they do have a few drawbacks, but if you want more space, smoother ride or a bigger trunk, get a bus....they are for fun times and they deliver...I hated them so bad I just bought my 8th one...I plan to drive one the rest of my days.......and drive 'em EVERYDAY kid...life is short!!! ------------------ |

It took me four years of hard work and determination to save up to buy my Prowler. Would I do it again? Absolutely without a doubt. My only regret is that I can't afford to buy a Candy Red to go with my Mulholland. ------------------ This message has been edited by Spyder on 01-24-2002 at 10:46 AM |
