1. Don't drive away without the mud guards on! 2. Change the FRONT (only) brake pads to ceramic! 3. THAT FRONT IS FARTHER OUT THAN YOU THINK. You will scrape the bottom of it on a parking curb, but don't worry, we all have. 4. SMILE... but that comes easy ------------------ |

1. Don't drive the cat without a smile on your face. 2. Let your wife drive the cat. 3. Mudguards are a must. 4. Watch the nose on those parking blocks! 5. Get the Mopar Borla exhausts.....they sound great! 6. Put a POA windshield banner on the cat. 7. Keep a camera in your cat for pictures! 8. Make sure you have great cruisin' music. 9. Go to all the Prowler events. 10. Buy lots of Prowler apparel and merchandise! |

TopGun - ALWAYS know where that front right wheel is at. ALWAYS pull in SHORT to curbs and other stops. WE didn't! DOUBLE CHECK to make sure the trunk lid deck is CLOSED, before driving. (aka the Angell Task) BE CAREFUL while in traffic, the other drivers are looking at your cat and not the road around them! BUY a two-way radio for our cruising events. BUY all the aftermarket parts you can. As an EX-Arizona guy, make sure you contact me when coming back over here to visit. (We need Calif. $$ back here) ATTEND the 2002 Prowlin' the Colorado Rockies event in June. Get your motor running,,,,,,,,,,,,,get out on the highway,,

All of the above plus. Make sure the gas cap clicks when you put it on after fill up. If you don't the check engine light will come on and only the dealer can turn it off. Always strap your top down when stowed in the trunk. Don't release the passenger seat while standing at the side and leaning in front of the seat or you will knock yourself out, or at least it will hurt like He$$. ------------------ |

I think there is one more thing that is important, probably more important now than ever. The extended warranty...not for mileage, but for time and price of parts. Congratulations on the Kat, hope to see you around some time. ------------------ This message has been edited by purplecat on 01-19-2002 at 10:01 AM |
