Hello Al, I understand your frustration, but you just posted about your problem only yesterday. I believe you should have given Bob Goetz a few days to respond to your original post in the classified section.

Al, I also read your post. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with this issue and hope that you will be able to resolve it.

Mike, thanks for the reply, I didn't mean I was leaving this forum (unless you give me the boot) I was saying it's been great minus this problem. Bob has had two days to call me with a tracking number but he hasn't, if the covers not here tomorrow I'll call the credit card company and let them handle it. Al |

John, I thought about getting one of those but ordered one from Real Rod, I'll see how this comes out. Thanks. Al, For what it's worth... Bob has been straight up with me. Bought my Weekender from him. I also ordered the transmission cover the end of Dec. and have not received it yet but I'm sure Bob will take care of it. MadMikey ------------------

I ordered one also, it took a while to get hear but I have it now and like it very much. Had ordered other items around xmas which also was delayed... Al - For what its worth to you, I'll agree with CJ's above post. I believe this can be worked out to your satisfaction. I ordered a Air Patrol from RealRod several years ago,,,,it did take longer than I wished, but did arrive and I'm quite satisfied with their product. Mike is correct, we don't give the 'boot' here at the POA. Having said that, I've walked the tightrope afew times myself, and haven't yet fell off. In response to the cooler covers, my original post was to offer 10 of them for $150.00 for the December Deal, well the response I recieved was twice that so insted of cutting the deal off I continued to honor it, I did not run out of parts but did run out of boxes thus a couple of extra days. As far as UPS Tracking numbers I drop my shippments off at a UPS service center 1 or 2 times a week, I do not stand there and wait for them to process all of the boxes to get the tracking numbers I just pick them up when I drop off the next load. I just hung up the phone with Al and he has his numbers and his part is out for delivery today. To everyone out there Real Rod is operated by me as in I own it, I take the phone calls, I order the materials, I pack it, I ship it. I am a 1 man operation, this job by no means can generate enough cash for a family to live on, I also have ownership in 2 other companys that take up parts of my day also. Real Rod is the fun part of my day, and most of my weekends, I enjoy the the people of the P.O.A. and enjoy the car also, It is a rare thing to be involved with a car and products of something you enjoy but add to that the group of people you meet that makes the Prowler is a very special thing. Al, sorry for any bad feelings you may have about me, but if you feel I can be of any help to you in the future just let me know. |

Bob - Thanks for posting a reply. Hope all is worked out to both of your satisfactions. I for one am glad your company exsists and contributes to the betterment of Prowler ownership,,,,,,,thanks. BTW - did the new type pads for Air Patrol ever come in? Email me when they arrive. |
