I worked with my metal fabricator and after a few mock-up he made this one, it could be made in aluminum or stainless as well. ------------------ |

The cost for these would be $225.00 in chrome or $275.00 in electro polished stainless steel. Both would be made from 12 ga. materials(about 3/32" thick) I would need 5 or 10 quantity before I could place an order. ------------------ |

I'm don't know if it will fit with a trailer hitch since I don't have a trailer, it fits snugly around the cooler though. Can someone post a close-up of a hitch and I will have a look. The prices are in US dollars. ------------------ |

Eric, First of all, I applaud you efforts in providing "other" alternatives for tranny covers. Got a question though, can your guy switch grill covers? I have the grill mesh from the TGF front grill I would like to substitute for the one that you have, and yes he would have to mold it like the cover that you have. It's made of stainless steel, and would create a custom look front and back for me! Thanks, Gene ------------------ |

Yes, we could make a grill mess to match the trany cover, but I would need the one that you have now so thast we could match the shape and radius. ------------------ |

Eric, I was assuming the cost for a chrome version would be $225, and I supply the grill mesh? Thanks, Gene ------------------ |

Eric, Not to confuse anyone! I have an "extra" TGF (flat)grill mesh I would like your guy to use for the tranny cover instead of the mesh you currently use. I would like BOTH (my current grill mesh) and the tranny cover piece chromed. I hope this one is clear as to my intentions. Gene ------------------ |

MeanGene, The grill mesh is an intergral part of the cover, there is no mesh as such, the holes are lazer cut into the metal, then break shaped, welded and chromed, have a look at my pictures. ------------------ |
