Jim & Cathi. I received this note of thanks for you... Bob couldn't find your email. So, in reviewing the crazy horse pics he sent note to me hoping that I would have your address... I don't so, I thought I would post his note here... Sounds like you made his grandson's day....

Here's the note from Bob...

"Greetings from the Black Hills of South Dakota,

While all the parade participants were regrouping for the parade down Main Street in Lead, the owner of the Prowler pictured, set our grandson in his car. Needless to say, he made one happy little boy much happier.

Our daughter was sorry that she didn't get the name and address of the Prowler's owners so that she could send them a thank you note.

In looking at your photo album on the POA web site, I see that their names are Jim & Cathi Stallings. I can not find their names on the registered owners list and was wondering if you might have their e-mail address and/or mailing address.

We were driving the white Tahoe in the background of the attached photo. Everyone in the Lead/Deadwood area so enjoyed having your group visit us. Please come back.

Thanks for posting this,

Jim and Cathi,
Thanks for taking the time to share your fun with others. You both are excellent ambassadors for the POA.

On much the same line concerning our time in the Black Hills,
I have been contacted by the Chambers of Commerce, The Mayors, The Hotel, The Chrysler dealership, Local Vendors, The Crazy Horse Memorial and even Chuck Turbiville from the parking garage in Deadwood. Every one of these people has told me how friendly we were, how much they enjoyed having us in town and seeing the cars. Many of these same people have offered to help our with our event next year. They were a little afraid of the unknown this year but after meeting our group and seeing how we behaved, they have wholeheartedly invited us back for next year.

Laddie, Thank you for posting the letter and the picture. I think all the kind words expressed by both Mr. Sliper and everyone else really should go out to the entire POA group. I know that I am not the only one that will let most any child in the car so they can have Mom or Dad take there picture. The look on there faces, as is evident in this picture, is all the thanks one really needs. Also enjoyed the fact that these people originally lived in Thousand Oaks, Ca. (if I remember right) not to far from were we live.

Gary C, Thanks for the comment on the flames, and also for saving me the cost of buying Cathi a new Prowler.
