I have been on the phone the past two days with Jay Harris. He overnight shipped samples and I had them today. I ordered the Cracked Ice and I will have them tomorrow. What a real pleasure it was to speak to him on a personal level as well as do business with. Jay I hope I can arange things so we can meet this weekend while you are in Atlanta. ------------------ |

Ditto the remarks for dealing with Jay. I wish some of the other suppliers were as prompt in their replies and shipments. Also, the chrome radio bezel shimmer really looks great on my 2000 kat with the chrome shifter bezel. Regards to all. Marty ------------------ |

I agree......Jay is a man of his word. He will go out of his way to help you with fast friendly service. He even installed my radio shimmers when he was here in Orlando. That is service! |

I think he's a bum!!! Just Kidding!!! Reading these posts is dangerous!! Jay is truly one of the nicest most helpful people I ever met..Had the pleasure of having him sit next to me when we went around the Texas Motor Speedway a few months ago..and he is the ultimate installer of his products..I wouldn't have tried to do the radio doo dah myself..I did my Corvette with Shimmers..(no squiggles!) is this a eulogy??? heaven forbid..If you're reading this Jay..I actually opened my CD and took your advice and listened..can't wait to see you again sometime soon Best regards my friend.. Eulogy??? After reading these post I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive... I thought maybe I had joined the Big Prowler in the Sky!!! A sincere THANK YOU for your comments. I was fortunate to meet Jay at the Texas Speed event and he is truly a gentleman and a man of his word. Seems he spent most of his time installing Shimmers.......I sure hope he had some fun, too! I received my radio shimmers on Tuesday and much to my wife's amazement, I actually read the installation instructions and then followed them! Boy, do I like the look. Really goes well with the chrome shift bezel and chrome shift knob. ------------------ |
