I've really got the bug for the Mulholland. Im considering selling mine out right, does anyone know how the market is for a used Kat? Mine has had light damage to the drivers door(replaced it with new) and several warranty issues which I have made post about. Other than that, to the average used car buyer it would be PERFECT!

Don

Ps. Its just an idea right now and may never develop into anything...........

I have thought about it but.......I have 26k,and a previously damaged vehicle. I want the NEW with the blue top, chrysler name, and 0 miles.......and as far as repainting, I bought this car to drive not to work on. I was about 5 days away from ordering a "Factory Five" Cobra Kit when I ran across this one. The fact that I didnt have to BUILD it and could actually take a break for a few years is what SOLD me. Now it looks like I have turned from cars to houses.......Go Figure??? Where's the rest I was wanting? Guess its just not in my blood?

More thoughts on the trade please.....?????

Don

Since you are not making a quick decision, watch the classifieds in your area. See how long a Prowler is listed. You can also go to www.edmunds.com and determine the value of your car accoring to you zip, mileage, etc. I find that the color option messes up the valuation on Edmunds. I would not use it as part of the evaluation.

I bought a Mulholland and love the color, especially the matching top. I also kept my Purple '99, and toyed with trading it. Best I could do was a $12,000 difference, which, by my reckoning, was givng me 28K for mine. Bad deal, but I can understand a dealer not wanting to take a chance in this economy. Most will wholesale them as soon as they get the trade. I would guess if yours has been damaged, it will have an even bigger negative effect on the value.
