Has anyone seen or had any issues with the body panels rubbing together at the seems? Over the past 3 years, mine has. Right at the seem between the rear quarter and the lower side panels, below the leading edge of the doors.

I took it to the dealership body shop, and they told me that it was being sand blasted by road dirt. I have to disagree with this so called expert. If it was caused by dirt coming off the tires (I have had mud flaps since purchase), then the sides of the car and the lower skirts would have the same wear. What I consider to be rubbing between the two panels, has worn away the paint down to primer inside the seem line only.

The dealer doesn't want to cover it under warranty. Any advice anyone?

Believe it or not, it the "5-Star" dealership that I bought the car from. The same place that dragged the nose of the car over a curb the day I bought it - right in front of me, with cam-corder to his face (dealer owner). This is the sales force that DC is allowing to represent them.

Both of my doors rub agains the door jambs producing light scuff marks. I've been to two dealers and BOTH said that it was dirt causing it. I find this hard to believe as I always dust the car before I put it away and wash it often, and it only has 5000 miles on it.

Is this dirt located at the contact area of the door seal? When I detail mine, I always wipe down the door gaskets / seals, along w/ the door jam's themselves. This will minimize what I think you are having problems with. Also, watch how you get in & out of the car, which I'm sure you already are. Hope this helps.
