I vote for "silver" striping.
How long does it take to do the job?

I personally wouldn't do anything too bright the PT already has great lines.

Maze & Blue! You are a Michigan fan? Aren't you?

I just sold my white PT to my parents. They were looking for one in Florida, and all the dealerships were charging over sticker & none were available. In a way, I wish I would have kept it. Life goes on & things happen.

Wow... thanks everyone for a great response. I would never pay over sticker for any car. The dealers are all greedy. The corn flower blue blue & pearl creme sounds super.
What do you think? I think the corn flower blue is what is on the Mulholland.
Another reason for the PT is that I think gas prices are going through the roof. I love how the car drives too.

Sassy ... you said that Dr Rue is a personal friend of yours, right? Would you be able to ask him to do a special favor for you and do stripe job for someone else in this club?

I got the limited.

Ray
I think Dr. Ru is open to anyone. He is truly a great person. You can call him at: 248.357.4760.

I have never seen someone with such steady hands.
Are you planing on having your KAT done. What color?
When you go into his studio, he has a million colors to choose from. Have one in mind before you go, or it will take time to choose.
Good Luck

Gas prices go up, then they go down again, then up again. It's cyclical. Dealers love it though. Sell you a high priced SUV for the whole family then when prices go up, they tell you it's worth nothing and charge a bundle for any 4-banger toy. Then when prices go down, they tell you no one wants a toy car and SUV's are at a premium.

The reality of it is that even if gas goes up a $1 a gallon, you re probably only talking about another $50 to $100 dollars a month in gas cost. Nominal for most especially self made millionaires

No pain here and I refuse to let liberals or a few bucks dictate what and how I drive.

Not everyone has the option to say that Trey, only the lucky few (of which I am not), anyhow, for me, that extra $1 means around another $3000 - $5000 in fuel a month (yep, I drive). Sassy, considering Harley uses a gold and red stripe on their dark blue models, and it looks REALLY good...

Hey Sassy, Patriot blue is my favorite color on PTs. That WILL be my next car as soon as the lease is up on my truck. By the way, is it just me, or are the paint jobs on PTs REALLY good? Every one I have seen recently looks great!!!!

Todd, you use 3000 to 5000 gallons of gas a month? at 20 miles per gallon that is 60,000 to 100,000 miles a month.

Hi Todd & JB
That color combo sounds good Todd.
JB, the paint on the PT are really good. That is because they are done in Mexico. They can use techniques not allowed by the EPA here. They are electrostatic done too. The only thing, like all clear coated cars, no brushes. Just had mine polished out completely. Hours of work but worth it.
