Alex.......here are some ideas for a car cover members on the board have posted. MOPAR makes one specifically for the Prowler, also. http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/000728.html

I have 2 covers. One I purchased at coversearch.com and had to get it oversized because their size 2 didn't fit. The other one is just a cheap one I got at wal-mart - budge-light I think it is called and that one too I went for a size 3 and it fits perfectly. ------------------ |

JD, Did the cover handle the washer ok? Did you have the heat too high on the dyer? I have no washing or drying instruction. |

Sorry to hear about your cover JD. I send mine to a commercial laundromat and have them wash it with a mild detergent and air dry. I believe the instructions recommend air drying. I have some covers that have been washed more then 5 times and the material starts getting a lot softer and flexible. I've also noticed that after washing many times a film starts to develop on the car if left covered in a humid environment. ------------------ |

So you still have the car? That's great. I thought you had been without "DCOOLEST" for a while. Let us all know how it's progressing and take lots of pictures. BTW.. I spoke with Norb yesterday and I should have the hardtop sometime next month. ------------------ |

I picked up my Mopar Prowler trailer cover earlier this week from Jesus Deleo at Ontario JCP 909-390-9898. Cost was about $140.00 and I highly recommend it for anyone with a trailer. Very nice workmanship, clear plastic for the plate and it's a very thick yet lightweight cover. Excellent quality and price. Two thumbs up as far as I'm concerned. |

I'm tellin you, if you plan to park your cat for any length of time, heck, even for just a week, the Car Capsule is the way to go. I live in Washington state, so not a whole lot of sunny days up here. Anyways, I put my Muholland in the bubble. Its pretty easy, you just lay out the bottom half, park the cat on top, lay the clear top over the top and down the sides, zip the bottom half to the top, plug in the built in fan, and watch it fill up with air(kinda like jiffy pop popcorn). It not only protects the car from anything falling or hitting it, it keeps it free of dust and the built in fan recirculates the air every four hours. Pretty cool huh? My buddy has a couple show cars and picked me up one for $370.00. Well worth it I think, but again I live in Washington, and only come out when it stops raining. |

I bought a cover from www.carcovers.com. The cover was $170, the liner which is part of the cover was $30 and the bag to put the cover in was $15. It is very durable, fits great and protects the car well. ------------------ |
