Good Day everyone
I am please to announce that things are progressing well with the Kat. I took it in on Monday to have several things RE-Repaired/completed. They seem to be doing a much better job this time. Here's the scoop:

A "local" DC rep came to look at the 3rd set of headlamps that have been replaced in my Kat. He took the 2nd set with him. No real comment other than " there seems to be a problem with them and they are investigating it." At the same time, I asked if he looked at the Rt. Side A-Arms. The advisor said, "its like you said, they seem to already know about this and are looking into it." That still didnt ease my fears for "our" safety. I am still concerned.

On the Top issue where the tech streached it so tight that you could see day light through the stitching: The new top is being installed and looks great. It was nice to discover that there appeared to be no fadding between the old and new one being installed. Also I was thinking all they would replace was the cloth top. Not true. The top comes complete with frame and all. Therefore replacing the part the tech tried to BEND with pliers to stop the leak. I can really tell a differance in the QUALITY of workmanship this time around. Fortunately, I dont think I will be needing to drive it to Dallas for NEAL'S services. Still, I havent picked it up yet but I have a good feeling about it after stopping by yesturday.

The other couple of things are too minor to really mention but they assure me they are being taken care of. I just wanted to let all of you know that they are restoring my faith in them. Just a reminder: People do business with People, and just because we drive their product doesnt mean we have to take it there after warranty. We choose to do so because of the way we are treated! And it works both ways, They want to do business with us because of the way we treat them.
