HI Has anyone removed the yellow side markers yet, and if so how???? Are they double face taped in ?...pop out???..screws?? I was going to try, but do not want to break them. Dr. Ru does a neat thing with them. Sasy ------------------ |

It looks like a 10 or 11mm wrench or socket will remove the side marker lights. Should be easlier to remove the marker if you take off the side panels first. Oh yea, nice Banner. ------------------ |

I want to remove the orange lens completely, not just the bulbs. Are the the side panels easy to remove? I looked and don't see how to remove them?

They are very easy. Open the hood, remove (3) 10mm bolts on the top flange, disconnect the bulb from the lens, and just lift the panel upwards and out. The bottom of the panel just clips in. Remove the yellow lens just as Gary has described. We have designed a new engine side panel that has eliminated the side marker light and incorporated air vents. I would like to post a few pictures to get everyone's opinion on them before we go into production. ------------------ |

Was wondering how long it would be before someone did this... next thing - modify the side panel for headers and side (leg) pipes! Can't do it in Calif unless you have dual cat converters (I've heard). ------------------ |

Actually the car came that way, This was one of Carlini's first car to be done. It was done correctly, they were welded up and worked to perfection. Can't wait to see what you are doing. Let me see, I bet I know your next mod. |
