I spoke to my "5 Star" dealer this morning about my status on the "hard" steering problem. They tell me DC told them to order a new rack-n-pinion for the kat. I passed on the comments from Laddie and the rest of you guys and I am under the impression that they are just guessing at this point. Call me dumb, but I feel certain there should be some series of test on the system other than driving the car? That seems to be the only one they performed. However,If this doesnt work, My guess is that they will guess at the PS pump next? Oh well.......new parts for 20k mile old parts......works for me????? Don |
