I just found out what driving a KAT is really supposed to be like. Two weeks ago I ordered a trailer from MidPark Chrysler. When they first got into the Kat, they came back and told me I had a REAL problem with the transmission. I had bought the Kat from Huffines Chrysler in Plano off the showroom floor. I had to ASSUME the car was in perfect condition. The transmission was FUNKY, but.........I planned to question it at the 1st oil change. Long story short: Neal overhauled the transmission at it works GREAT. They even detailed the car before returning it. I did not have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment!!! I have to highly recommend that ALL DFW Prowler owners take their Kats to Neal at MidPark in Dallas. Call Jeff Mauldin at 972-238-1941 for appointment. A lot happened during this event, and I can guarantee they took care of me better than I have ever experienced with any dealership ever!!!! They like the Prowlers (and PTs) and just want to get things RIGHT!!! Joe Powell |

I am still amazed that Huffines Chrysler sold me the Kat with a faulty transmission. The Kat had 125 miles on it when I bought it, so I have to guess someone knew something. |
