Well, I have stirred the pot a bit.
Have contacted Car & Driver magazine, have written on the C&D forums about the powerful prowler.

The showdown......the West Palm Beach Power Festival on Feb 24--25.

We are calling for 25+ Kats to support us and show up and show these car magazines the ability of the prowler and the loyality of the owners to this exotic, sports car, muscle car, hot rod, extreme machine.

Who is going to the Power Festival on Feb 24--25??

We need your support, since we invited Road & Track and Car & Driver Magazines to do a story about us...the prowler group!!

I just called the Editorial Offices this morning at 734-971-3600, and invited Mr. Tony Swan, Executive Editor, and his staff to the event.

We are wanting over 25 Kats at this event, and I mentioned in my vm, that we will have 25+ Kats at the event. So, let's show support for the prowler. Tired of being overlooked and looked upon as just a "pretty car with no guts"....Let's show them what we and the prowler can do!!

We have supercharged, NOS-equipped machines that kick some serious butt....so let's show the automotive magazine world this in February!!

Another guy, Brian R, out of W. Palm Beach is contacting Road & Track magazine.

The website link to the event will be shown when I find it.
I know the event is at the Moroso Speedway (N. West Palm Beach) on Feb 24--25.

I know there are several magazines to attend.
I want a special section dedicated to THE GREAT PROWLER SHOOTOUT"

Tire burning, smoke belching prowlers winning the numerous drag racing events!!!

If we show enthusiasm and interest, hopefully they (magazines) will show interest and turn out for this BIG EVENT.

Please let us know what kind of response you get back from Car and Driver. If you don't hear back soon, remember that the "squeeky wheel gets the grease" and make sure that he knows that our supercharged and Nitrous Prowlers can be some really mean machines that can keep up with and even beat the big boys!

The cover shows a Prowler to sell the calendar. Inside there are 2 Corvettes, 1 Viper, 2 Camaros, 1 Panoz aiv Roadster, 2 Chevys, 2 Dodge Chargers, 1 Plymouth Road Runner, and, for December, 1 Prowler.

So, I guess Car and Driver magazine calls the Prowler an American Muscle Car.
