Now have the Paxton supercharger, Paxton headers, heavy duty radiator with 2 fans, Real Rod mufflers and Prowler-Pro gears installed. Have been running the Real Rod kat hard for 10 days. It is fast and no problems--the stock cooling system would overheat a little but no problem with the new radiator and fans. Going to put a 'Cuda shaker air scoop on to help get cooler air into the motor. Fast-fast-fast!!!!!!!!!!

ED,

FYI, real cuda shaker would be too big. But they make one for a Dakota that is alot smaller. It was made off Chuck West `70 440 6pak `Cuda to exact smaller replica.

Seen your car on Video and it is very cool.

Will you take yours down the strip for times with all your mods?

Awesome Ed!!

Should have our Obi-Wan radiator done hopefully this week.

John Davies has been running great also. No heating issues thus far. The real test will be in the summer.

Later...

If you get a chance, put the gears in and see the huge difference, then the Paxton and that pick up. I think you will appreciate the increase from each one.

I hear ya JD, I'm gonna sit here all day to see if the gears come in and once they do....install and burn more rubber!!! I don't know if it was the cold yesterday or what but I was able to turn them big ol tires on a hole shot. I'm sure with the gears there will be more black marks on the roads in FL. This kitty will be marking its spot!!!!

Starflame--The supercharger kit is $5600 includes headers which are normally $995. Radiator was $750. Mufflers are $390. Prowler-Pro gears were $1980. All of the above are available from Real Rod. Fans and relay switches are available everywhere for $300. Got a good deal on the installation at $1800. Wildcat--thanks for the tip on the shaker hood. Will follow up asap. While the car feels and sounds fast (the combination of s/c, headers and mufflers sounds so great--really rumbles!!) I can't wait to get on a dragstrip.
