Does anyone know if Chrysler will really be producing a 300 HP Prowler for 2002? What about this supposed 215 HP GT Cruiser? Any RELIABLE information?

I heard about a 300 HP 3.5 for the 300M on TV a few weeks ago, I think Car & Driver TV.

They currently use the same motor and maybe it is rumor if they install it in 300 they will in the Prowler too

we can only hope

Todd - To answer your original question regarding the 300 hp Prowler, NO!

Re: GT Cruiser - we do not comment on future product plans.....stay tuned!

Wildcat - Re: the 300M, it was a corporate concept car called "300M Special" which was shown for the first time at Pebble Beach. It's easy to build one of anything!

Oh well, I guess I'm "on" then for chasing my orange and silver 2001's! I hope that financing clears! I read about the 300 horse bit on one of the posts here or in "that other Prowler club" somewhere earlier today (who said I have a memory, what, where?)
