PPC is planning a get-together now. It would be nice to bury the hatchet and all meet somewhere. They're talking about Mopar nats in Ohio I think its a long haul for the left coasters.

The Mopar Nats are the weekend BEFORE the dream cruise. It is a good show and cruising Brice Road is great if the cops don't close it down too soon They have a spring classic at Columbus also that would make for better timing for most if they were planning on Dream Cruise.

I would think several will come for the Dream Cruise but for the long distance travelers it would be difficult to do both.
I tried in the past to get PPC to do the Dream Cruise as event. It proved last year it is popular event for the Car NUTS Carol, CJ and all the others that worked on it done a great job and plans for 2001 are already in process.

Nyle, I think I'm going to try and do the ISCA show in Detroit this year. Maybe we can get area Prowler owners together Saturday night for dinner or something.

I would like to see something in the center of the country to be able to draw cars from all over with less travel on the coasters.
I think Branson MO. would be a good area, St. Louis, MO. Denver, CO. also would be good areas.

The Grand Canyon event was open to anyone that wanted to join. The whole idea is for car guys & gals to get together and enjoy their cars. If you read the vehicles that would be there this coming week, Pt Cruisers, Vettes, Prowlers and even rentals.

OK, we need a POA National meeting. I keep saying Castle Rock, Colo., but nobody is listening. Between Denver and Colo. Springs. Near drag strips, PPIR mile oval, Estes Park, and two million other places to see. This would be the best place for a national meet. Third week in June would be perfect! Sixty days before Woodward-time to regroup and attend both. I can't do it alone guys. Talk to the others-push it! You could go back there five years in a row, and not see everything to do there.

If we do it once, it will become an annual event. You will not be sorry. PROMISE!

Got to go to GRAND CANYON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What about gathering for drinks, conversation, and food after the Detroit or Chicago Auto Shows? It's definitely a non-driving time of year but you need something to dream about "in the off season". Looking at cars works up that Prowler attitude. Maybe comraderie would make it more enjoyable. Comments?

Butchee,
I know you where asking about Mopar Nationals, but you are right about the left coasters.

Just got latest Classic News and the Kansas City event would be the most central Mopar event for both coasters The dates are June 30-July 1, 2001

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. I'm there. But of course its an hour drive for me, but I'd be willing to help put it together. It is one of the most beautiful places in the country.

I would rather have an event in Colorado also, but the thing is, I don't get that much time off and I just may be the poorest prowler owner out there, hear this JUST JP which means I cannot afford to go out there for a week or two. Anyway, the point of my message is, if any of you want to come to Columbus, Ohio next year for the mopar natls, I only live 2 1/2 miles from Brice road. You are more than welcome to stop by my piece of crap house and have a glass of water or koolaid.

Well for the first thing, what you gonna do with all the extra corn cobbs and Sear's catalogs? Gotta fancy up with the indoor hopper! Hey, if we do hold an event out your way, my girlfriend's family comes from Ft. Jennings. That far from you? If we visit, can we stop by for cool-aid?
