Anyone have or driven the new Sport Trac? Looking to hear comments on it. ------------------ |

Have a friend who bought one and thought the idea was great (SUV / pickup). After trying to use the pickup bed, he has come to the conclusion that it is way too small to be useful for anything - he said he was better off with his old Durango. |

I have one for about 10 months now. I call it the best "suburbia" vehicle. Nothing is better to go to Home Depot on Saturday and to Del Frisco's on Sunday. It fits 5 pretty confortably and can carry 2 trees, 20 bags of soil and 14 landscaping 8ft poles! Its true, its true! 2 months after I bought mine, my neighbor sold his 2 month old Jeep Sahara! Now there are 3 Sport Tracs in my street (all different colors). I do have some problems, like squeaky dash and noisy power steering pump. But overall it beats my Yukon for everyday utility. ------------------ |
