The Howler is on display at the Texas State Fair in Dallas. They also have a Dodge Charger that they are talking about coming back with. I did not go yet, but I have had people tell me that both cars are awesome. |

I understand that the Charger is being given serious consideration and would likely be built in Bramalea, Ontario where the current 300M, Intrepid and Concorde are built. They would also switch those cars to rear-wheel drive and would also build the 300N (including Hemi-C) at the same plant. Rumor has it that there will be some Mercedes parts involved. Can anyone substantiate these rumors? |

I would love to see that. I will be in Dallas on 10/5/00. Is the Fair still on? Where is it located? |

I guess I like the howler, but it looks like some designer can't decide between a prowler and something else like a GTO or a Z-80 w/o the roof but with the back end? ------------------ |

Personally, if my Prowler looked like a Howler, I would never have bought it. |

I would agree Todd. The back end of the car does not appeal to me either. The V8 and stick could have some potential though! ------------------ |

The Howler reminds me of a small boat on wheels...I would probably not purchase one either.....if I wanted a truck I would go for the new Chevy retro pickup, it's stylish....the Howler just misses the mark completely to me... Y2K YELO X 4 |

Just JP, The hardtop that has been seen on the "Howler" is from TGF Automotive Enhancements. Our parent company, Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters built the vehicle for DaimlerChrysler last year. It does not retract into the trunk. The trunk is approx. 4' x 2' x 2'. Not much of a fan of it myself! ------------------ |

Funny, Everything I've read says it has a power retractable hard top. Guess they were wrong. Not as if they were ever going to produce it anyway. ------------------ |
