Has anyone else tried the new Bosch Platinum +4 spark plugs ? I put a set in the other day and noticed a difference in the performance. They took some of the off idle bog away  plus the exhaust note changed a little. I like them.  What's your opinion of them ? ------------------ |

Mr. Wing tried these a while back for his stock Prowler and his wife even noticed a difference in Performance. |

If you look at the dates, this was posted last year, I moved it up so people could see how and who discovered this tip. The part number is 4428. Alex you are correct. |

Since 4428's are no longer manufactured, what plugs(currently available) are people using and recommend? Autolite Iridium XP? NGK Laser Platinum? E3 Premium DiamondFIRE? Champion Double Platinum? Bosch Fine Wire Double Platinum? Don't make me ask this on Facebook...  |

Never had a reason to mess with the plugs on the Prowler, but I've had VERY good results with double platinums on other vehicles. |

WildCat, You are so correct - fun to see the screen names, great memories. WildBill, Chromer, MeanGene a few I can remember. Such a colorful group. Last time I saw any of them might have been the Prowlin' the Dragon in TN. 2012, 2013 ? Lost my job, headed down all alone. Some phenomenal memories. Some of my last with this group. Had to sell the cars. Keep the kids in school. Which I did. Is Mike Krehl still around ? He was so nice - one of his last comments to me "You will get you another Prowler , John". And, I just did! |
