After seriously considering the purchase of the TGF front grille, I started wondering about air flow v/s the stock grille.

Does anybody with TGF or other modified grilles have overheating problems?

What is the grille material made of?

Have a TGF grill on one of my Prowlers...LOVE THE LOOK....It is made of fiberglass and has a perfect finish...color was dead on also...my only complaint was the fit....took lots of massaging to get it to look right....put it on another Kat recently and it fit perfectly....both were 2000 models...

Thanks Y2K I know the looks are awesome. Is the actual grille vent material made of fiber glass and what about any overheating on hills and hot days?

I've had the TGF grill on my car for over a year...never had a problem with overheating, etc. That includes 14 hour drives (yes continuous) and commuting in 113* heat. Hope this helps..... Catwoman
