My mud flaps have been on for almost two years now. I noticed a front end rattle that turned out to be loose flaps. I guess the material they are made of is compressing and all my bolts were loose and I had all ready lost one of the nuts. I would advise everyone to check the bolts. Mine have no lock washers on them and no Locktite was applied to the bolts. I had the dealer install the flaps. They can be easily checked with a 10mm ratchet wrench without removing the tires. I lost one up at the Reno Drags two weeks ago for the same reason,, lock tite or lock nuts seem a good way to go. ------------------ |
