360 ci small block hi-rev v8 (that is only comes from Mopar in a crate).

I read about it in the 32 page 2000 Prowler brochure.

Could taht fit in our cars? Why else would they mention it?

HiHoSilver,

If my engine has to be overhauled, I will ask the dealer about this and see what they say. I think they will say ..... What Are You Talking About! .....

I'm interested too just in case. If blowned, I do not want to go back to the same old thing.

Later...

It's in the middle of that brochure, if you have one, where the picture of the Prowler engine is. It mentions it and there is an asterisk at the bottom of the page that states only available from Mopar in a crate.

Good luck with your engine.

I blew my first car, a VW beetle, that (when it ran) could blow away vettes in a 1/4 mile.
Power pulley, strip cam, high lift rocker arms, ported heads, twin webers, ram air, headers, stinger, striped interior (only one race seat). Oh yeah, did all this in 72 with a budget of only $500 for the engine. Car only cost $2500 new.

Had to put a portion of a railroad tie in the front trunk to keep the wheels close to the ground when I nailed it. It was amazing to see. Sparks flying off of the stinger tube, doing a wheelie down Westheimer.

Ah, to be 16 again.

Dan, at the WP Chrylser show someone was telling me that Richard Brandt Sr at Superior Custom Classic in Hudson Fl has worked out how to put a Hemi in an Prowler.
