David,
I think that there is a section in your owners manual that tells you this information.
I have seen the sheet somewhere that describes it in detail. My car and owners manual are now in the body shop for a nose job and I cannot look up the information for you. Best bet may be to stop by your dealer and ask them for a towing sheet on the Prowler.

I found it!!!

Bob Craighead the Regional Training Supervisor at the Los Angeles Training Center hosted a tech session for my Southern California people in March 2000. Bob gave a great slide and hands on presentation about the Prowler. Bob also gave us handouts that explained , towing, jacking, the low tire pressure warning system and other items.
The highlight for one person in particular (David Sable) is when he won the drawing for a complete set of diagnostic and repair manuals including the hard plastic binder for his Prowler. I'm sure that David Sable will be happy to look up any information that anyone may need regarding their car.

Owners take note,,,when there is a tech session near you,,,attend it! The information gained can be very helpful.

David N or others needing the towing information,,,send me your name and fax number. I will fax the two pages to you.
