At a recent Prowler gathering, I noticed that a fellow Cat owner( Denny Angel) had extremely polished (shiny) aluminum parts (the frame that is visible in the real wheel weels, and trailer toungue, etc). I asked wjat he used on it, and he showed me this little bottle of green liquid called "Heavy Metal". Anyway, this stuff really works great on all the alum pieces, and looks much better than the day I pulled the car off the showroom. Check it out.

I used semichrome (available at cycle shops) on my frame. So far the best I have found. I'm interested in this heavy metal stuff too.

I have polished my frame by hand. Had the tongue of the trailer polished by friend with buffing skills and wheels to create extremely shiny surface. Many have asked about my chrome tongue. I tell them it is just polished aluminum.

I do not have the bottle with me, but I searched the web, and after wading through endless music related sites, I found the address of the Mfg::

Heavy Metal Polish - Easy Care Products
2308 #B Bates Ave
Concord, Ca 94520
925-691-8636
Cleans and restores Aluminum, Stainless, Chrome, Brass, Copper, and Magnesium.

I also ran across what looks the same type of stuff under a different brand here at this website:
