I dropped by the PPC members section tonight and noticed that a registry has been started as of today. Hmmmm, I wonder why after all this time? I remember it being discussed more than once over the past two years and was considered an invasion of privacy. I wonder if it has anything to do with this site having one? |

Dave: Yes I noticed. When in trouble, do as the competition does. Too little, too late! |

A registry was a pet peeve of mine. I never understood why the names of the membership and where they were located was such a big secret at the PPC. Every other club I belong to publishes the roster for distribution to the membership. |

Perhaps they (PPC) were looking for a way to charge the members for access to that kind of information ... some exhorbitant cost, kinda like their National event in Florida. Dunno ... just a thought. |

Okay, everyone, let's be careful. I thought this site was working towards betterment of the Prowler ownership experience. We need to keep in mind that we left the PPC site because of derogatory comments!? |

True, CJ ... deragatory comments constantly directed at members, not at the organization we all left ... We can speak our minds here withut fear of repriasal, and, with THAT kind of freedom, I am willing to bet things run A HECK of alot smoother than knowing what you type is subject to censorship. Let Freedom Reign Supreme ... all hail King Krehel and his band of Merry Prowler Fanatics!! =)~ |

I think the old expression " A DAY LATE AND A DOLLAR SHORT " is a little on the mild side to describe this deal. |

I think I may have offended someone by my post, which I certainly didn't mean to do. I don't know how else to say this except to say it: Here goes: I just don't think we should continue to make little snide comments about the PPC or its members. That was the reason we left. If we start doing that, then we are lowering ourselves to the same level, and I don't think that is what we intended. I have been slammed as much as anyone by the PPC and JT and I am all for free speech and free opinions. Just please be gracious and tactful when we are expressing them, okay? Again, sorry if I offended anyone by my comments. We need to get past all that stuff and work on making friends and having a good time. The other stuff doesn't matter in the big scheme of things! |

CJ's right! I was just about to say the same thing. There's no reason that we can't just agree to disagree sometimes and let it go at that. Everyone is in this for the same things, friendships and fun is what it's about. While I realize that some are still angry and may need to vent a little, digs and inuendos take the fun out of it for many. Wasn't it Thumper that said "If you can't something nice, Don't say nothing at all". Guess I really need to start watching other than PG13 movies, huh? ------------------ |
